This Shipping Policy explains the general dispatch, delivery, packaging, tracking, and shipping procedures followed by Brindavan Silver Craft.
Shipping availability and delivery time may vary based on the product, customer location, product value, customisation requirements, courier availability, and other operational considerations.
Estimated Timelines: Ready-stock orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after order/payment confirmation. Customised or made-to-order products depend on the production timeline confirmed at the time of the order. After dispatch, deliveries within India generally take approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination and courier service. Remote-area or special-handling deliveries may require additional time.
Orders are processed after the order has been confirmed and, where applicable, the required payment or advance has been received.
Product verification, packaging, quality checks, invoicing, security procedures, or other fulfilment requirements may take place before dispatch.
Products that are available in ready stock are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of the order and payment, where applicable.
This is an estimated processing period and may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, inventory verification, security checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Custom-made, engraved, personalised, resized, specially manufactured, or specially sourced silver products require additional processing time.
The estimated production and dispatch period for such products will normally be communicated when the order is discussed or confirmed.
Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the work, availability of materials, craftsmanship requirements, customer approval, and quantity ordered.
We may ship eligible orders to serviceable locations within India using courier, logistics, insured delivery, or another delivery service considered appropriate for the order. Delivery availability may depend on:
Other logistical considerations.
After dispatch, an order will generally require approximately 3 to 7 business days for delivery within India.
Delivery to remote, rural, restricted, or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.
These timelines are estimates and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date unless Brindavan Silver Craft specifically confirms otherwise in writing.
For the purpose of this policy, business days generally exclude Sundays, public holidays, and days on which courier or logistics operations are unavailable.
Shipping charges, where applicable, may depend on:
Special handling requirements.
Applicable shipping charges will normally be communicated before the order is finalised or included in the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
Products are packaged using materials considered appropriate for the type and value of the item.
High-value or delicate products may require additional protective or secure packaging.
Certain high-value shipments may be sent using insured or specially secured shipping arrangements where such services are available and considered appropriate.
Additional charges may apply for insurance or special handling.
Where tracking is available, shipment or courier tracking details may be communicated after dispatch.
Tracking updates are generally generated by the relevant courier or logistics provider and may not always update in real time.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:
Any relevant landmark or delivery instruction where necessary.
Brindavan Silver Craft is not responsible for a delay, failed delivery, or additional charge resulting from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If you need to change a delivery address, contact us as early as possible.
Address changes may not be possible after a shipment has been dispatched.
Additional courier charges may apply if a courier permits re-routing after dispatch.
The courier or delivery partner may contact the recipient or make one or more delivery attempts according to its operating procedure.
Customers should ensure that an authorised person is available to accept valuable shipments.
A courier may request a signature, OTP, identification, acknowledgement, or another form of delivery confirmation.
Depending on the courier service, delivery to the address or to an authorised recipient at that address may be treated as completed delivery.
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:
Events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery enquiries but cannot guarantee courier transit times.
If a tracked shipment appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can coordinate with the courier or logistics provider.
Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be considered after the shipment status has been investigated and subject to the applicable facts, insurance terms, and legal requirements.
If the outer package appears seriously damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, where practicable please note the condition with the delivery representative and take photographs before opening it.
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from before opening the sealed package until the contents have been fully inspected.
Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or the shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, the courier may return the shipment to us.
A second dispatch may require payment of additional shipping, insurance, or handling charges.
Where Brindavan Silver Craft agrees to provide showroom collection, customers may be required to present suitable order details, invoice information, payment confirmation, or identification before release of the product.
Please wait for confirmation that the order is ready before visiting solely for collection.
International shipping is not automatically available for every product or destination.
If international delivery is requested, availability and terms must be confirmed separately with Brindavan Silver Craft before placing or finalising the order.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, documentation requirements, restrictions, insurance conditions, and destination-country laws.
Where Brindavan Silver Craft provides any non-physical digital document or electronically delivered service in connection with an order, physical shipping does not apply to that item.
Such material may instead be delivered through email, electronic communication, or another agreed method within the timeframe communicated for that service.
Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund matters are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
For shipping, tracking, delayed delivery, damaged shipment, or delivery-related enquiries, please contact Brindavan Silver Craft through our Contact Us page.
Please provide your name, contact number, order or invoice reference, and tracking information if available.
